◆About license

Please show your motorcycle international driver's license. Currently, the crackdown has been tightened and the fine for driving without a license is 2,000 baht. (2022.09.05～) Police crackdowns are on a daily basis. Also, in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, it will be troublesome if you do not have a license. Please be sure to carry it with you when using it. We do not take any responsibility for fines caused by customers not carrying or not possessing a license.

Please be aware that fines for not carrying a driver's license and fines for violating traffic rules are your responsibility. There is no guarantee that you will not be involved in an accident. Please be sure to purchase overseas travel insurance that covers your own injuries, injuries to others, motorcycles and property damage. If you drive under the influence of alcohol or do not have a license, there is a high possibility that you will not be covered by insurance. Please be careful.

◆About the accident

You will be responsible for the other party's repair costs, rental bike, compensation for injuries and deaths, so please drive safely. Compensation for injury and death is cheap in Thailand, but repair costs for motorcycles and cars are expensive.

We will also charge a repair fee for our rental bikes. The repair cost depends on the case, but it costs about 4,000 baht or more for a minor fall. A loss claim during the repair period (normal repair period days x 200 Baht) may occur.

Pattaya is not too picky about drunk driving, but please don't do it. If it is expected that it will be difficult to ride after drinking, such as a breakdown or a flat tire, we may refuse to lend after that.

◆About tire quality

The tire tube is not of good quality, so the air pressure becomes loose and it is easy to puncture. The road condition is also not good. Please be especially careful of steps when driving. Doing so may cause a puncture.

◆About punctures and repairs

While many other shops require the customer to pay for the puncture repair, we will pay for the repair unless you have a special way of riding (3-seater, long distance of 50km or more, drunk driving, etc.). Bring it to the AP BIKE CENTER or have the receipt repaired at a local repair shop.

※If you are traveling far away from Pattaya city center, our staff will not be able to provide repair services. Excuse me, but please bring it to a motorcycle repair shop by yourself.

◆About theft and loss

In case of loss or theft, we will charge the same amount as the purchase. So far, we have not lost or stolen anything, but please be careful not to leave the key in. If you leave it somewhere, please lock the handle to prevent theft.

◆About Lost Key and Helmet

In case of loss or damage to keys or helmets, please contact the All Pattaya representative. Lost key is 250 baht, helmet is 300 baht (par one).

The 2023 model CLICK is not a conventional key type, but an electronic key, so if you lose it, it will cost 1,250 baht.

Please note that our company will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or anything else after the check at the time of rental. However, punctures and malfunctions of the bike due to normal use will be immediately repaired or replaced with another bike free of charge.

In case of trouble, please be sure to call the All Pattaya representative. If it is late at night, it may be the next day, but we will respond as quickly as possible.

Thailand's traffic laws have been amended

The Royal Thai Police are reminding motorists and motorists to comply with the revised Traffic Law, which will come into effect from Monday, September 5, 2022.

- Fines of up to 4,000 baht for speeding, ignoring traffic lights and stopping at crosswalks.

- A fine of up to 2,000 baht for driving a traffic violation or not wearing a helmet or seat belt.

- Imprisonment of up to one year and/or a fine of Baht 5,000 to Baht 20,000 for disregarding the safety of others while driving.

- Up to 1 year imprisonment and/or a fine of 5,000 to 20,000 Baht for the first time drunk driving. Repeated DUI violations within two years of the first offense are punishable by up to two years imprisonment or a fine of 50,000 to 100,000 baht.

- Drivers gathering for a race, illegally modifying drivers, or participating in suspicious activities will be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 3 months or a fine of 5,000 to 10,000 baht. 2/3 fine for illegally remodeled shops. Race organizers and advertisers face up to six months in prison or a fine of 10,000 to 20,000 baht.

Drivers and passengers in vehicles equipped with seat belts, such as private cars and vans, are now required to wear seat belts. Pickup truck drivers and front seat passengers must wear seat belts, and truck beds can only accommodate a limited number of passengers. Violation of seat belts may result in a fine of up to 2,000 baht.

On 4 Dec. 2022, the Royal Thai Police will review additional regulations to ensure truck bed capacity and transportation safety.

Rental Price

About picking up the bike

Please come to All Pattaya New Office (SOI 10) when picking up or returning.

The rental/return reception is available 24 hours a day, but AP BIKE CENTER is open from 10:00 to 19:00.


※If you pick it up and return it between 19:00 and 10:00 the next morning outside business hours, you will be charged an overtime charge + 100 baht. note that.

Please bring the original or copy of your passport or driver's license when renting. Please prepare for the number of people even if you use more than one.

※The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).

An additional charge of +50 baht per day will be charged during the following periods of congestion.

About gasoline

AP BIKE CENTER Motorbikes must be filled with '91' (Gao Nung) Petrol.

We will give you a full tank before boarding. If you return it with a full tank, there is no additional fuel charge.

300 baht will be charged if there is no gasoline and the car is near the E (empty) line, and 150 baht if it is near the middle line.

PATTAYA City Gas Station Location

(1) North Pattaya Road (Pattaya Nua) near Lotus.

(2) Located between Pattaya Tai 3rd Road and Sukhumvit Road.

(3) It is located on Sukhumvit Road in Central Pattaya (Pattaya Kang).

(4) Gasoline in whiskey bottles is sold on the street. "91" is red, 500-750mL is about 20-40 baht (expensive).

When refueling at a gas station

Please open the refueling port by yourself and tell the clerk "91 (Gao Nun)".
In most cases, you will be asked "Tao Lai (how much?)", so if you say "full tank (tem; tem)", it is OK. The store clerk will take care of the rest. When you have finished filling, please close the refueling port by yourself, pay the fee and you are done.
Don't forget to give the clerk the fraction as a tip.
