NEKOBUS IS NOW READY TO ROLL!

Now we have a share-a-ride service, NEKOBUS, from/to Airport and Pattaya. You can enjoy more reasonable rate compared to conventional taxi services. The route is from your hotel in Pattaya or Koneko-no Oshiri to Suvarnabhumi Airport or vice versa. The pick-up location at Suvarnabhumi Airport is Gate 3 Level 2.

Please Read Before Your Journey

■ Meeting Point at the Airport
Just like our taxi service, our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it at Gate 3 on Level 2 at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Gate 2 on Level 1 at Don Mueang Airport.

■ Making in Time for Your Flight
The flight numbers indicated with each Nekobus are just for your reference. We cannot guarantee that you can make be on time for your flight.

■ If Your Flight Delays
NEKOBUS will depart on time even when your flight delays. If you end up missing your NEKOBUS and give us a call, we will arrange our taxi for you. There will be no cancellation charges but the taxi fare will be our standard rate. Exceptions might apply for peak seasons or special holidays.

■ Other Cancellation
If you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours of the pick-up time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the NEKOBUS fare.

■ Lugggages Allowed in NEKOBUS
A suitcase (or another type of luggage equivalent in size) and a carry-on bag can be brought into NEKOBUS. We will NOT be able to fit a golf-bag.

■ Hopping on without Reservation
We can let you get on the Nekobus if there is room. Additional 100B will be charged for passengers without reservation.
